Trade Description Act 

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of going to press. However, while colour reproduction is a close representation, slight variations in the actual goods may occur.


Orders

Payment for orders will have to be made at the point of sale, and not at the point of despatch. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate of 20%. By making a purchase, you specifically authorise Ethos Trading to submit information to the relevant third party for credit card authorisation. All card holders will be checked for validation and authorisation by the issuing credit card or bank. If your card issuer declines authorisation for any reason, Ethos Trading cannot be held liable for any delay in despatch or non-delivery. Please supply us with a telephone number and/or email address so that we can reach you if there is a problem with your order.

International orders are charged in GPB pound sterling. The prevailing exchange rate of the day is charged /converted by the respective credit card company used.

Customers from the EU please note that from 01/01/2021 the buyer is responsible for paying for any additional costs such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.


Cancellation of order

You have the right to cancel your order however if the order has been processed and shipped it will not be possible for us to intervene / stop shipment. You will need to follow the standard returns proceedure. Please contact us directly on 01531634636 for further information.


Withdrawal of products 

We reserve the right to remove or edit any products, materials, content or prices online at any time. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at our sole discretion.

Sales disclaimer 

During the sales and clearance sales, stock levels are very low. We update the web site throughout the day but if a product sells out before an update is made, our office will notify you within 3 working days and either backorder/fulfil the order or refund the card. Mailing list we would like to keep you informed with regards to new products, special offers, the launch of the sales etc. If you prefer not to receive this information, please send an email to shop@ethostrading.co.uk or let us know when ordering over the phone.


Legal statement

Ethos Trading’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Ethos to the customer. Ethos shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or any other way. Ethos cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated or on the product. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
