Delivery And Returns

Ethos is a real bricks and mortar shop in the gorgeous little town of Ledbury. You can talk to us on the phone during opening hours  (Mon - Sat 10am - 5 pm) on  01531634636 or email us at shop@ethostrading.co.uk. We will do our best to answer the phone but in busy times an email might be better!

Delivery is subject to stock availability.  We may have sold out of an item and although we do our best to keep the stock levels up to date on our on line store we can have the odd human error creep in and an out of stock item may show that there is stock on line when there isn’t!  We can give you the option of a refund or go on our waiting list.  

If you wish to collect the item from our shop in Ledbury, it will be a pleasure to meet you in person!  It’s great to support the High Street in Ledbury.  Please select the Collect from store option.

Some of our items are really heavy and are for collection only.  Most of these items are furniture but it will say collection only on the online store.

Standard delivery to Uk addresses is £5.55. Please enquire about the postage to Europe and rest of the world as we will be able to provide an individual quote based on the weight/size of the order.

Returns Policy

We try really hard to give an accurate description of our beautiful products but due to the unique and hand made nature of some products there may be variations in style, size, or colour. We hope you are thrilled with all of your purchases - if you are not you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, or exchange. We cannot, unfortunately, exchange earrings or underwear for reasons of hygiene unless they are faulty.   Original postage costs will not be refunded.

You can cancel your order entirely if you let us know within 7 days of receipt and return all items for a full refund. All items must have the original tags and be in perfect condition.

How to return an order

Please email us and we will send you a return form. Please pack the unused item in its original packaging and make sure you get a proof of posting.  This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post.   We are sorry that we cannot offer free returns unless we have sent out the wrong item.  If you have received the wrong item please email us so we can arrange a return.  If the item has a defect please let us know within 7 days 

Whilst every effort is made to accurately portray all items there may be some variation due to the nature of hand crafted goods.  All sizes are approximate and colour is as accurate as possible

All prices are in pound sterling and include 20% VAT

If we discover a pricing error we are not obliged to sell/supply the goods at the incorrect price.  We will contact you to either cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price.
